Do you suffer from pain or aches? Do you suffer from Fibromyalgia, Tennis or Golfer's Elbow, neck pain, shoulder pain, low back pain, or sciatic? Do you have old injuries that prevent you from experiencing a better quality of life?
A Therapeutic massage session provides a one on one approach to your pain by first assessing your area of complaint and dedicating session time towards providing the client a sense of comfort. The goal is to help the client experience a better quality of life.
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with various strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging. They include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
"Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage."
A 30 minute cupping session consists of focusing on a specific area that causes a client pain. With applications of warm therapy and rapid release therapy. Silicone cups will be applied.
A 60 minute cupping session consists of focusing on a specific area or whole body that causes a client pain. This is up to the clients preference the day of session. With applications of warm therapy and rapid release therapy. Silicone cups will be applied.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Do you experience pain or discomfort in your feet after a long day? Are you always on the go with tired and achy feet?
Kick your feet up! Relax with a Reflexology massage that begins with a mint spray to relax and rejuvenate your aching feet. Then followed up with a hot towel rap and a lemon sugar scrub to moisturize and exfoliate dead skin. Ending in a relaxing foot massage to get you ready for the day ahead!
Facts about Reflexology: Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to relieve tension in the feet themselves mostly, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments are highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Chair massage can also benefit those who are new to massage. This allows for someone to get an intro to the benefit of massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

I schedule client appointments so that each client receives the right amount of time to be seen. That’s why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us, and arrive on time. As a courtesy, and to help clients remember their scheduled appointments, A Healing Touch By Iris LLC. sends text messages and email reminders 1 day in advance of the appointment time.
If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us so we may reschedule you, and accommodate those clients who are waiting for an appointment. As a courtesy to my practice as well as to those clients who are waiting to schedule with the massage practitioner, please give us at least 12 hours notice.
If you do not call to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 12 hours notice, we may assess a full charge of session for “no-show” service charge to your account. This “no-show charge” is not reimbursable by your insurance company. You will be billed directly for it.
After three consecutive no-shows to your appointment, my practice may decide to terminate its relationship with you.
